1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed on proptrading.com.pl (the “Website”) is NBX Sp. z o.o., registered office: [adres siedziby], entered in the National Court Register under KRS number [numer KRS], tax ID (NIP) [NIP] (the “Controller”).

2. What data we collect and why
We only process the data needed for a specific purpose:
- Prop Trading Insider newsletter. Your email address and the language of the page you signed up from are processed to send the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Email contact. If you write to us, we process your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website operation and security. The hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the Website running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Legal claims. Where necessary, we may process data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Recipients
Data may be shared with providers that help us run the Website, only to the extent needed for their services:
- Netlify, Inc. (Website hosting and the signup form),

- Google LLC (Google Fonts),
- Google LLC / YouTube (video playback, only when you click a video).
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep data
- Newsletter data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
- Email correspondence: for as long as needed to reply, then until any potential claims become time‑barred.
- Server technical data: in line with the hosting provider’s retention period, no longer than needed for security.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw).
7. Providing data
Providing data is voluntary. Without an email address, however, we cannot send the newsletter or reply to your message.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The Website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. We only store in your browser’s local storage the fact that you closed an announcement bar, so it is not shown again for 24 hours.
YouTube videos load only after you click them, in privacy‑enhanced mode (youtube‑nocookie.com).
10. Links to partner websites
The Website links to partner websites, including IQ Capital, ATAS, ClickMeeting and Sebastian Dobrowolski’s training platform. Some links contain a referral code. Once you visit a partner’s website, its own privacy policy applies.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated, for example due to changes in the law or new Website features. The current version is always available on this page.
